Systems Chronobiology
We study circadian- and sleep-driven mechanisms in health and diseases across molecular to system levels, using a variety of biochemical and cell biology approaches, with mass spectrometry (MS)-based quantitative proteomics as our core technology. We employ a wide range of proteomics approaches to investigate, in a context-dependent manner, the temporal dynamics of protein abundance, subcellular localization and post-transcriptional modifications (PTMs) that underpin circadian and sleep molecular processes.
